The World Academy of Arts and Science (WAAS) will host their annual online conference from 8-11 September 2026, building Solutions to Global Turbulence: Peace, Prosperity and Freedom with insights from the 2025 WAAS Conference. Prof. Paul Arthur Berkman will share observations about “Informed Decisionmaking for Lasting Peace” during the Bridging the Science-Policy Gap panel. Synergies are reflected by his United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) webinar on 13 July 2026 – Science Diplomacy: Building Common Interests with Global Inclusion – that was invited by The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) Young Affiliates Network (TYAN) “for the benefit of all on Earth across generations”.
